Con grande entusiasmo vi annuncio che parteciperò insieme ad oltre 100 fotografi italiani a VISIONI, una grande mostra itinerante che attraverserà l’Italia per l’intero anno a venire.
Un progetto che celebra la libertà creativa, offrendo ad ogni autore la possibilità di esporre ciò che crea, senza vincoli tematici.
È parte del nuovo percorso culturale Km Art Project, curato da Valentina Pieri e Cristian Cambioli, ospitato presso Exgarage di Paolo Valentini.
🗓️ Si comincia a Roma il 25-26-27 Aprile
📍Vernissage il 25 Aprile

Per questa occasione esporrò una selezione del mio progetto fotografico “Sale, Olio e Mare”, che racconta con immagini il legame profondo tra il mare italiano, la cucina e la materia prima.
Le immagini sono state scattate tra Genova Boccadasse, l’Isola d’Elba e l’Isola di Capraia e nel mio studio, con cura artigianale e visione narrativa.
📍Dopo Roma, il percorso proseguirà a Milano, Spoleto, Napoli e altre città italiane.
Vi aggiornerò su ogni tappa! 💫

I've lived through lenses for over 20 years.
Photography has shaped the way I see life - quietly, intimately, relentlessly.
Since 2010, I've been on Twitter without pause. A constant presence, observing the shift of time and technology.
Fifteen years as a full-time photographer. Four years in web3 as of March 2025.
But my journey isn’t just digital.
I moved to Rome for its history, its majestic art, the whispers of its ruins. I moved to Italy for the taste of real food, for the beauty of forgotten corners,
for the rituals etched into stone and season.
I don't see myself living elsewhere than in Italy. But I see myself living on the beach, so my next dream is that. I don't know if it will be on an island or it will be just the coast somewhere not very far from Rome, but will be in Italy.
What I try to capture is the way food speaks of a place. The way nature intertwines with food, the way beauty of places shapes our hearts. The way traditions echo in a market stall, in a hand-rolled gnocchi, in the stillness of olive trees and the scent of wood-fired bread.
I’ve shared little of my photography in Web3 until now.
I share with you a photo captured near my home, on the peaceful shores of Bracciano Lake, in the enchanting borgo of Anguillara Sabazia, where silence carries centuries

"Surreal Confessions"

This is my entry to @laurencefuller's open call Modern Art Genesis: Dali by Peter Fuller on @theblockbookapp!

I make a premise telling you that I haven't made a collage in many years... Physical art as collage, painting, drawing or other is just a hobby for me, and now I'm trying to achieve more skills and to bring this to the next level giving it a place next to my photography.

It's not what I initially had in mind to do for this competition (initially I have started with another Runway video, but I have changed my mind ). Why I changed my mind? Maybe because I realized that I need more physical art and photography representing me as artist. This work is a playful engagement with surrealism, built around the theme proposed by Laurence Fuller and I had a lot of fun creating it! 🫶

I don't think many will have patience to read this long text, but if you want to understand the concepts behind my work and how I related it to the theme of the competition I invite you to take 10 minutes and read. I hope is translated and expressed well, I used chat GPT to re-order and correctly translate what I wrote in my mother language.

I thought it would be interesting to create something that visually expressed the theme adding a touch of myself, my own surrealism, subtly intertwined with that of Dali. The intent was THE CREATION itself, to participate, to be in the game, to enjoy the creative challenge together with other artists in the space.

My surrealism is related to the sensations of taste, because I am TheFoodMaster; that's why I found the TONGUES. Through a Freudian lens, they can symbolize also something deeper, as desire or even the unconscious act of consumption, both literal and psychological.
I'd love to have this piece on @superrare.co with the other piece, the video that won third place in the other Laurence Fuller contest about the reinterpretation of his poem "Redemption". I plan to mint them on @transient_labs and would love to have them in a special place.
